August Art Diary: Playing Around

This week a couple of the kids were home with a chesty cough, so most art making was kept loose and small. Acts of play between making snacks and cleaning the house.

I left a small stash of art supplies on my kitchen bench. An old pallette with dried gaouche, a couple of coloured pencils- mostly chalk pastels ones and my trusty hand stitched sketch book.
